OADA Dealer Programs

The Ohio Automobile Dealers Association offers many programs and services that benefit our dealer members. AUTOCAP (Automotive Consumer Action Program) - cost effective and time saving method for resolving consumer complaints

DEAC (Dealers Election Action Committee) - NADA's political action committee, was established to get the dealer viewpoint through on Capitol Hill

DIG (Dealers Investment Group) - political action committee formed by OADA to promote and protect the interests of dealers as they relate to state legislation and governmental regulation

Legal Defense Fund - Established to provide financial and /or legal assistance to dealers or dealer groups in proceedings before state and federal courts and administrative agencies where the outcome of the proceedings would have a substantial impact on the dealer body. 

Workers' Comp Group Rating - OADA members join together to obtain premium discounts previously available only to much larger employers.
