Yark Subaru named Best Dealership To Work For 2016 by Automotive News

CHICAGO -- Yark Subaru, in Toledo, Ohio, has been named the No. 1 dealership on the fifth annual Automotive News list of the 100 Best Dealerships To Work For.

The honor was announced tonight at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago.

The 100 dealerships were selected by Best Companies Group, which screened extensive surveys filled out by more than 60,000 employees of U.S. and Canadian stores that applied for the distinction.

Owner John Yark said the Subaru store, like the dealership group’s other locations, tries to make sure employees enjoy working there by encouraging teamwork and providing them with plenty of perks.

“Having people want to come to work for you is important, but equally important is having an environment where … they want to stay,” Yark said.

Yark Subaru was one of five dealerships in the Yark Automotive Group that made the list of Best Dealerships To Work For.
