Federal law requires that political committees report name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contribution aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year.

Contributions are used by Dealers Election Action Committee to Provide financial assistance to the election campaigns of pro-automotive candidates to the U.S. House and Senate.  Under federal law all contributions must be personal, and all contributions to the Dealers Election Action Committee must be members of NADA.  Contributions must me voluntary and may be of any amount elected by the contributor.  The amount of contribution, or the refusal to contribute, will not benefit or disadvantage the solicitee.  Business or corporate checks cannot be accepted, and will be returned by DEAC.  A copy of our report is filed with the Federal Election Commission in Washington, D.C. and is available for purchase.
