What are the rules when conducting Spanish-language sales?

If a used car transaction is conducted in Spanish, the Used Car Rule requires that the dealer display a Spanish-language version of the Buyers Guide on the vehicle prior to offering the vehicle for sale.  If a dealership conducts a substantial number of sales in Spanish and English, it should both versions of the Buyers Guide in the side window(s) of the vehicle.
