What Dealer Identification information is required to be on the Buyers Guide?

The name and address of the dealership must be included. AND, the name and telephone number of the person to contact for complaints must also be included. The FTC has also suggested including the position of the person, so that consumers will know who to contact if that person has left the dealership.
