Frequently Asked Questions

Buyers Guide

When offering a limited warranty, how should the Buyers Guide be filled out?

Mark the large box next to the word “warranty” and complete the other parts of the warranty section of the Buyers Guide.  Mark the box to indicate that the warranty offered is “Limited”.  Next, fill in the percentage of the repair cost that will be paid by the dealer.  Indicate which of the specific systems are covered.  Do not use shorthand terms like “drive train” or “power train”.  Instead, use the exact systems that are covered, such as “frame and body”, “brake systems”, etc.  Also, indicate the duration of the warranty.

Please contact Charlie Howard of Sara Bruce regarding any legal questions you may have at (800) 686-9100.
