Do Demonstrators need to have a used car Buyers Guide displayed?

Yes.  For purposes of the Federal Trade Commission’s “Used Car Rule”, a demonstrator has been “driven  more than the limited use necessary in moving or road testing a new vehicle prior to delivery to a consumer” and therefore requires a Buyers Guide to be posted.
