OADA Schedules FREE Webinar to Guide Dealers Through the New "Off-Site Display" Changes

Join us for a FREE Webinar on March 19 at 11:00 am

As most dealers know, displaying a motor vehicle away from a dealer's licensed place of business has been illegal for decades, unless the dealer was participating in an authorized auto show. But change is coming...Effective March 23, 2015, the law will allow new motor vehicle dealers to display new vehicles to promote a charitable or civic purpose.

When the law becomes effective, dealers wishing to display a vehicle will need to follow a few simple steps, including filing an affidavit, providing evidence of his/her area of responsibility as defined by the manufacturer, and providing information regarding the charitable or civic purpose. If the display is to occur outside a dealer's area of responsibility, other rules apply.

Tune in for our FREE webinar on March 19th at 11:00 am to find out what will be required, see a preview of what the affidavits from the BMV will look like, and have your questions answered.

This webinar will last approximately 30 minutes, plus time to answer your questions.
