Ohio instituted the Commercial Activity Tax (CAT) on July 1, 2005 replacing the outgoing Corporate Franchise and Tangible Personal Property taxes.  The CAT is an annual tax imposed on the privilege of doing business in Ohio, measured by gross receipts from business activities in Ohio.  If you are a dealer with Ohio gross receipts in excess of $150,000 annually, you should be currently filing a CAT return.

Please join OADA as we welcome CAT experts from Schneider Downs, Dennis Mowrey and Zach Davis, to present a webinar to you on September 19. This program will instruct viewers on the laws and regulations that govern the CAT to ensure that you are complying with the law, and not paying more tax than required.

Specifically, our webinar will include a discussion on the following topics:

Attendees of this webinar will walk away with better understanding of the CAT as it relates to retail automobile dealerships. If you have a new hire that needs trained, or just want a refresher to ensure that you are compliant, this webinar is a must see. We hope you will join us!

There is a $20 connection fee for OADA member dealers, and a $50 connection fee for non-member dealers. Register Here!
